Since 1998, Dr. Apirath has been an international construction management consultant specialized in contract and claim management, forensic delay analysis, dispute resolution, scheduling and document management on mega construction and property projects such as the West African Gas Pipeline (WAGP) project in Africa, the Big Dig project in Boston, GSA Office Building and U.S. Courthouse in New York, Enron Power Plant in Puerto Rico and Ronald Reagan Building in Washington D.C, the MahaNakhon Project in Thailand. She was appointed as a schedule expert witness on Samut Prakarn Wastewater Treatment Plant Project in Thailand.
She has outstanding technical, contract and management experience in construction projects; analysis of project delay and cost-overrun, evaluation of labor productivity and inefficiency, evaluation of project damages, analysis of CPM scheduling and performance and business performance optimization. She has also experienced in construction claim preparation for arbitration and litigation procedures worldwide.
To prevent and resolve any construction claims from escalating, she has promoted the effective use of electronic document management service, namely QConzol in the construction society starting in Thailand. QConzol service is the combination of ConZoL system and our Quantum PPP service which can fairly and accurately manage all project records for all parties involved including the tender documents until the handover documents during the entire life of construction projects. The outstanding benefits of our QConzol service is to reduce costs, increase the accuracy of all document submissions and approval status, prevent unnecessary delays and claims and ultimately build a good working relationship among all parties.

Dr. Rung Prachathananukit is a Senior Contract and Claim Consultant and Geotechnical Engineer from the 111th Construction Engineer Battalion, Department of Engineer, Royal Thai Army, Thailand. His duty is to perform engineering consulting for army engineer tasks, usually when the army is asked to support civil constructions.
He has examined over 20,000 software engineer timesheets and meeting minutes for developing labor analysis and as-built schedule on the world’s most complex traffic control system on the Big Dig project. He also worked on the Four Season Hotel construction project in the Bahamas and GSA Office Building and the U.S. Courthouse in New York.
In Thailand, Dr. Rung has project management experiences on a variety of construction projects. For example, the 623M Thai Baht Chaing Mai Night Safari project and 350M Thai Baht Army Club construction project. He is also a counsel on soil stability issues for an Army facility construction project.

Ms. Wiriya Khaoroptham is a certified accountant and due diligence consultant with more than 15 years’ experience in financial risk and credit assessments. She has outstanding analytical skill and management experience, as well as experience in control and efficiency assessments of the company’s operations.
Wiriya commenced her career with Phartra Thanakit PCL. in 1994, analysing industrial and commercial companies as part of risk and credit assessments. She moved to KPMG Audit in 1996, auditing clients in various industries including banking, finance and manufacturing. She then qualified as a CPA (Thailand) in 1997.
Prior to joining us, she was a senior manager at the KPMG Financial Advisory Service with more than 10 years experience in financial analysis and M&A transactions. Wiriya has focused on financial evaluation to identify potential risk and business valuations for domestic and international investors covering a number of sectors and transaction types.

Mr. Natthapong Thakong is a civil engineer with more than 10 years’ experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining us, he worked on various projects in Thailand. Most notably, he served as the Project Site Engineer on the renovation and expansion of the Khon Kaen Sport Stadium, worth Baht 100 million. He worked on selecting and strategizing the allocation of works to crews and subcontractors in order to ensure the delivery of work to the level of quality required, on time and on budget. Within his role, he checked that all government policies, contract and rules were being followed, and maintained the daily and monthly reports and records, monitoring and reporting on progress throughout.
He has knowledge and experience in construction claims and document management in Thailand construction projects as well. Further skills include analysis of delay and cost-overrun, evaluation of labor productivity and inefficiency, evaluation of project damages and use of our electronic document management system (ConZoL).
